Every new organization gets a 15-day free trial with full access to the Service. No card is required to start a trial, so you won't be charged anything unless you actively choose to subscribe.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. When you cancel, your organization keeps access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for — cancellation doesn't cut off access immediately, and it doesn't issue an automatic refund for the remainder of that period.
Subscription fees already billed are generally non-refundable, including for partial months or unused time after a mid-cycle cancellation. This is standard practice for subscription software and keeps pricing simple for everyone.
That said, we'll always look at billing errors and genuinely exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis — see the next section.
If you're charged in error — a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or a charge after you believe you'd already cancelled — use "Report an issue" in the app (or in your employee portal, if you're a resource) — every report reaches our team directly within 30 days and we'll investigate and correct it, including a refund where our records confirm the error.
If we change subscription pricing, it won't affect a billing period you've already paid for. We'll give existing subscribers reasonable notice before a price change applies to a future billing period.
