Realized FX gain or loss is tracked automatically on foreign invoices, and a payment is only ever recorded between accounts that already match, so nothing gets silently converted at the wrong rate.

What happens when the 15-day trial ends?

Nothing is deleted. If you haven't subscribed by then, the app locks until you do — your data stays exactly as you left it, and billing itself stays reachable so you can subscribe and pick up right where you stopped. Nothing is ever charged automatically without you actively subscribing.
