Sync's own application doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. We built it that way deliberately, and this page will be updated first if that ever changes.
To keep you signed in, Sync stores your session token and a few preferences (like which business wing you last had selected) in your browser's local storage — a mechanism similar to cookies, but not sent automatically with every request the way a cookie is, and not used for tracking you across other websites.
This local storage data stays on your device and is used only to operate the Service for you. It's cleared when you sign out, or you can clear it yourself through your browser's settings.
When you subscribe or manage billing, you're taken to a payment page hosted by Stripe, our payment processor. That page is operated by Stripe, not us, and Stripe may set its own cookies there under its own privacy and cookie policies — we don't control that and encourage you to review Stripe's policies if you have questions.
Because Sync itself doesn't set non-essential cookies, we don't show a cookie-consent banner. If we ever add analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we'll update this policy and add appropriate consent controls before doing so.
